Hi there

I am not very happy with the way shamiela (manager Claims department) handeled my concern.
I feel that i as a customer dont have any controll, and say over my cover with dail direct. When i spoke
to Darren (one of the consultants) who logged my claim, I did ask him if it will be possible to have my vehicle
repaired with my panel beater. His answer was that he will make a note of it and speak to the claims consultant
who is handeling my claim. Carl the assesor phoned me as well and asked me the reason why i dont
want to go to the prescribed panel beater. I explained, and his words as well as follow: He will give the claims consultant his ok and consent to use my own panel beater. He said that it is out off his hands only management can approve thow. Today 31 May i get a call from Ashraf and said the claim
is finalised and my car will be repaired at B - Shaw, and the worst part is i was not even informed off it. I also didnt appreciate the way this claim was handeled. I was told by the manager i should go read my contract.
This is the last time i will use Dail Direct, for the reason you ask in a polite manner for their help and all the say is you should read before you sign
