In February 2013 i requested that my dependent be taken off my plan. One Plan still debited my account for the full amount of me and my dependent until May, even though i made them aware of this and In May after i decided to cancel the scheme, then only did they take my dependent off. i followed all procedures to cancel my subscription yet they still debited my account until August 2013 so i changed my bank account.i requested that they refund me for the months that my dependent was supposed to be off my plan.

they were supposed to refund me R1, 395.00 for those months, but replied by saying that because my debit order for July and August had bounced they will take that amount off the refund amount and only refund me R57.00. i told them that i was entitled to my full refund as they weren't suppose to be debiting my account in July and August as i cancelled my subscription in May already. Thando was the person dealing with my case. i gave him my new banking details, he confirmed it but still no refund was made i still no reply. i then contacted Ronald Govender manager at One Plan and still no reply or help from either party.

i am now forced to take up matters legally.
