No Feedback!!! Bad customer service

I joined momentum recently. I spoke to Pretty Sono which she confirmed over the telephone that I will only start paying on the 1st of August. I paid a double installment on the 1st of August which I queried and she agreed to a refund. Her words: "I will however require a bank statement from you to do so and refund takes normally 3 days." has yet to happen and this email from her was on 2 August. Its been 2 weeks with no refund, no update and hardly any reply for Pretty Sono from Momentum. Please can someone from momentum assist with regard to the refund and keeping me updated??? Still awaiting refund of R1250.
