On the 9th September 2013 I purchased electricity from my cellphone for R250. I never received a voucher number, which resulted in us staying without electricity. I queried it with Fnb call centre and was given the run around since then. One excuse after the other, no one even trying to resolve my problem and refund my money.

On the 29 September I spoke to Peter at their call centre, he assured me that a manager and himself will resolve this. On the 30th I spoke to Anthony (team leader) that said he will sort it out. On the 1st Anthony informed me that it has been put onto the refund list but the guy doing the refunds has "vanished". Yesterday I spoke to Shaka (operations manager) that informed me the money will be in my account by midnight last night. Today I phoned and Anthony informed me Shaka has gone some place to try and find out why the refund wasn't done and that Shaka will phone me in ten minutes. Much later I phoned again and Anthony told a consultant to tell me the money will be refunded tonight midnight.

Please explain to me, is this the manner in which clients are treated?
