I have paid by mistake the amount of R300 into Anthony, Richards & Associates bank account on the 27th of Oct. contacted them on the 30th of Oct and requested money to be refunded to me. I was requested to send proof of the transaction. Emailed at 12:57 on 30 Oct my bank statements, the bank account number which the money was transferred to and the reference number used. Spoke to Janine Wolmarans and she confirmed email was received and sent to their admin department to respond. I have sent follow up emails on the 11th and 14th of Nov. Left several messages. Last attempt to get hold of Janine I was put on hold for 25 minutes and transferred to 5 people in total, none of them in the least interested to assist. Got a reply on the 16th of Nov from Janine advising me she will follow up with her admin department. Going now for the 4th week and still nothing.
