Hello,

Firstly i must say that it is quick an efficient to get insurance through Dial Direct.

Once the policy is in place though, the service is quite poor. My finance company needed an additional descriptor placed on the vehicle decription in the confirmation of cover document, and the service then turned very bad. It seems the team that services clients is way below in terms of attitude and service compared to the policy/sales area. I spoke to about 5 agents (all on seprate calls having to retell my story over and over again) who each told me it will be done in 15 minutes and sent to me, but nothing ever happened. I was so frustrated that I was going to cancel the policy a day after taking it out. Even a team leader/manager is never available to speak to you. This should really be looked into!

Thankfully, one agent, Ryan Steenkamp when out of his way to help me, as he needed to get a secretary to help him. He constantly phoned me back an gave me an update. Thanks to his great service, I stayed with Dial Direct. Well done Ryan. I wish there were more of you out there!
