CHARGED 1200 zars for insurance i never ordered!!

At end of May I am charged an extra 597.59 zars by Absa finance for my direct debit. When I phone am told that they have no record of me having insurance EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM SINCE DEC 2009 and had insurance ALL ALONG!!! AM told someone should have called tc to check. NO ONE DID and I received NO letter. I sent proof of my insurance THREE times. the first time, after a week, I phoned after 1 week to see if it had been received. NO ONE EVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL. I was told that the document was too old. NO ONE HAD CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME. I sent another document. NO ONE EVER REPLIED. I phoned again and spoke to Minette Broodryk and sent proof AGAIN. She never replied. I phoned again. Anthony ref 1-1143304381. He said proof had been received and Minette had requested cancellation. He said he'd ask her to email re the refund. SHE NEVER DID. I phoned again. Spoke to Balsey Modiba ref 1-1145291179. She told me the was NO RECORD of my proof of insurance and NO PROOF of Anthony's claim that Minette had requested a cancellation. I sent Balsey proof AGAIN. She actually replied - the only good service. Sent through cancellation request but today I was charged 595 again!!!
