My confirmations of account transactions (my updates) simply stopped coming through a few weeks ago. When I made an enquiry, the staff was unhelpful and gave me a no care additude again. This branch has wasted so much of my time and efforts. I was told that I had to provide proof of residence again, after only opening these accounts a few months ago. So when will your branches staff keep their promise of delivery and doing their jobs instead of just being lazy? I wont provide proof of address again. You have all the documentation and information needed to give me what was promised: NO MORE AND / OR PROBLEMS EITHER. HOW ABOUT YOU SORT OUT THIS MESS THAT YOUR STAFF CREATES SO NATURALLY?!?!!! JUST ACTIVATE THE MY UPDATE SERVICE LIKE I WAS PROMISED TO RECEIVE, THAT I AM PAYING FOR!!!
