I needed proof of address for something and the only proof of address I had was my account with standard bank which suppose to be on your bank statement,

so I go into the bank and ask them just to pull me a statement with proof of address and the lady tells me they do not provide proof of address like what the all banks do except standard bank??? I then ask to speak to a manager and the manager tells me the same thing not even trying to be helpful or anything I told them this is my only proof of address I have and they say NO we do not give proof of address what is that, really bad service.
