Old Mutual
Still waiting and not happy

I took a few life insurance policies with old mutual few months ago and an investment policy my broker did not advise me on when will the policy pay out and how does it pay out ..in July my father passed away when i called my broker to find out if me father policy will pay out he told me he will call me in 2 days time when he called me he told me that My dad cannot be cover .so i was not pleased with the response i got so i decided to cancel all my policy . my broke just send me forms to fill in and did not explain anything ..so i went to a Florida branch were i filled in some document and i was told that i will get my premiums back within the next 3 to 5 working days .. till today i still waiting for premiums to paid in my account .i have never received any communication what so eve
