False/Incorrect Information provided

Eastgate FNB staff are clearly incompetent to help customers and provide them with correct information regarding their products. False information was given to me regarding a Revolving Credit facility that was offered to me. Based on the information provided I took the facility. I was told that the maximum repayment on the facility wil be R1350 if I use the full amount available. The R1350 is actually the monthly repayment regardless of the amount used - this I discovered after the first payment was deducted.

Why must I now suffer and be negatively affected by an incompetent staff who should clearly not be helping customers???

This is not the only mess-up that this branch, and specifically Victor the consultant who helped me, made on my account this last month. It took them almost 3 weeks to sort out the upgrade of my credit card.

Victor is clearly not competent to assit customers and provide info on their products.

Lets hope they actually call me back before COB today with an answer on the revolving credit mess-up they made. They will most likely have a very long story.

Not going back to this branch!!!
