Proof of residence

On the 23rd of December 2013 I went to the standard bank Harrison branch and may I mention that the staff of the money gram side are not helpful. I went at 9am to receive my money and i was told my proof of residence is wrong y it didn't write my room number i have used the same proof of address at the Glen branch and i showed them the proof of payment i waited for 45mins and Lolo came to tell me that they won't help so my question is do rules differ the glen branch and Harrison branch? And this is not my first time to have this problem with this branch in that branch they make you feel you are coming to beg for your money why did they have to send it to you. If anyone wants to go and receive or send money with standard bank Harrison branch think again!!! Service is zero. Last time to use that branch thank you for wasting my time.
