Address change

I have had all of my postal and residential information correct for the last 5 years, now all of a sudden my Standard Bank post is going to my old residential address where my parents still live. Initially it was my vehicle finance statements going to the wrong address. I phoned the department and they advised that their systems are all aligned and an implementation to the system has picked up my old address and applied it across all of my accounts. Now my homeloan information is also reflecting the incorrect address. I have been told i have to take proof of address to the branch to correct this. Why is it that Standard Bank can do what they want with no request or proof of address and when i want it fixed they cant do it unless i waste my time going to the branch to fix their stuff up??? How can they have the wrong info on my homeloan? Standard Bank has the title deeds to my house, but they cant see my correct address??? SERIOUSLY??? YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME STD BANK. Ashamed to say im staff right now.
