Outsurance -there is a reason why its INSURANCE

I sent my vehicle in for bumper repairs from m teh assessor Tikmothy Julius in May the claim was approved two days later. on the 9th May 2013. teh vehicle came back after 2 months and still had minor issues iwas assured that they would be repaired by a " Reputable " and " approved " panelbeate. to this day the vehicle is still not in muy possesion 04 October 2013 .

I have never in all my eperiences had such a herendouse expensive excersise called claiming at outsurance. the reason people are insured is to replace the person to the position they were in prior to any incident hence the premium. I have escalated this matter within outsurance spoke to LIZZY, Anwaar Khan, Timothy Julius from SIAS, Ryno from the panelbeaters (Wonderboom Paneelkloppers ) "approved repairer endorsed by the client) and now we are waiting for a cover which could have been ordered from ANY VW dfealership in SA and been delived within 24 - 48 hours. This has taken one full month to source and today to no avail i cant get hold of none of the participants in this whole debarcle.
I have even gone to the lengths of hiring vehicles, buying new ones all in the name of this shirade. i just want my car back
