JUST MESS MY DAY UP, WHY DONT YOU!?

I am an Outsurance client and have been for the past six years. I was involved in a car accident on 12 December 2012, my vehicle was damaged on the rear end. Outsurance organised for me to see an assessor on 19 December 2012. My claim was finally approved and I dropped my car off at the approved panelbeaters on 09 January 2012. On 24 January 2013 I made a phone call to the approved panelbeaters to check on the status of my car. I was informed that OutSurance has notauthorised them to work on my car and in actual fact OutSurance is going to remove my car from them and take it to another panelbeater. I made numerous phonecalls to Outsurance and all the service advisors kept telling me they would get back to me, which they obviously did not do! My car has been laying at the panelbeaters, whome they approved, and are now dissaproving, for 15days! They are yet to inform me of this formally! Talk about piece of service!!! I am so not impressed with them!
