I am insured with Outsurance and I had an accident with my vehicle. Outsurance had referred my claim to SIAS to facilitate which I thought was going to be a long process and more inconvenience to myself considering I don't have a vehicle. I met Cyril Moodley on the 13/05/2013 and went over my claim and he completed the necessary checks and I'm glad to say everything has been approved within the day and Outsurance will be paying me out for my vehicle.
