EMPTY PROMISES FROM OUTSURANCE... VERY UNHAPPY

I met with an accident in november last year. the claim was approved a month later. my vehicle was sent to Ross Champion for repairs. i was given a courtesy vehicle to utilise. my car is still not repaired. due to my frustration i sent an email to every person i had conversed with and finally received a response that all damages were going to be repaired. however, today i received a call from ross champion stating that all repairs will not be done on the vehicle due to the email i sent to them. i am so frustrated with all of this, its now FIVE months nd iam still left without my vehicle. i have had endless problems from the day i had made the claim. from the courtesy vehicles, where i was continuously being contacted to return the vehicle and at many times not left with any vehicle at all, to the claim itself where every second day i hear a different story about the repairs and what is going to be covered according to outsurance. why is this so? initially the vehicle was a write off, but was then sent for repairs. why? are they incompetent in assessing the damage? its obvious that someone is not doing the job they're getting paid to do and i, the client, am bearing the brunt.
