Details for your hired car when book in your ca

Funny, when you are a cleint with a company for the past 6 years, they omit certain things. I have been a client with miway and had an accident now in august. firstly, the insurance company takes their time to send out an assessor. then they give you hassles with the rented car. In order for me to get the rented car, i need to go book my car in, ensure the panelbeater orders my parts and then only will they apply for a rented car for me. No one takes into consideration that i am going to miss a day of work (who is going to compensate me for my one days salary) just to book the car in and be left stranded with no transport to go to work. when i speak to the consultant at, miway she firstly sounds like she is falling asleep then says thats how MIWAY does it. Clearly no customr service, irrespective of how long you are a client with them. i have to state pathetic customer service, definetly something to think about, if i want to keep my vechicle insured with them.
