Good Day, I surrendered my policy and was told that the payment will be ready by the latest 04.10.2013.
However today i receibed no notification from my bank, it has been been 20 working days to date. When contacting the call centre I am given three different stories saying that the payment should have been made the 30.09.2013. I need feedback ASAP as there is a reason why I had the policy cancelled as I do require the funds.
It is so dissapointing as I have been a client of Old Mutual for more than 5 years and have quite a few policies.
Urgent feedback is appreciated.
