I took a policy for my Daughter who is over 21 years old with her own premium, and her daughter was supposed to be under her and share the same premium but I have been charged premium for my grand-daughter (who is under 4 years) as well- the same premium as my daughter. I called and spoke to Mr Kwatlhai & Jane regarding the matter and they advised that they will look for the file and come back to me but I never get a response. I call them but everythime it looks like they have forgotten about me and this matter. I asked them to cancel the policy for my grand-daughter and still they have not. They have been debiting the money since 2008 and I would like for my premiums to be returned and her policy to be cancelled. I require urgent feedback on this matter before i cancel all the policies. I am so disappointed in the way things are handled at Old Mutual which is a big company and should not be treating customers like this.
