Misrepresentation of funeral policy

I discovered that I had 2 funeral policies with Old Mutual. When I queried these policies, I was informed that they are the same and only 1 policy will be paid out once claimed. I immediately requested that they cancel the 1 policy and refund my premiums. They were debiting my bank account for 3 years and have not picked up their error that the debit orders were for 2 funeral policies instead of 1 policy. I sent a complaint letter dated 26/11/2013 and received notification on 28/11/2013 at 17:44 that they had received my letter, however to date no person has responded to my query. What is most annoying is that different Old Mutual consultants are calling me to offer other services, instead of addressing my complaint. I feel robbed and misinformed and feel that Old Mutual only cares about what they can get out of a person instead of looking out for their best interest.
