Unauthorised debiting from my Bank Acc

I have five policies with Old mutual, I recently had 3 debit orders that went off my bank account from december 24 and then today january 30 2014. I have contacted their customer services and was advised they will investigate the matter. I waited since the 6 december for feedback. i do not understand how do they debit from someones bank account if they are not even the policy holder.

I will be cancelling all my policies on the 31 Jan 2014. A verification of the account holder must be conducted to ensure old mutual debits the correct bank account. Below are the policy holders that their investments where debited from. Old mutual also failed to find out who logged the sales for this policies.

I have spoken to Misiwe Kinase who said she has cancelled the policies
