NOT REIMBURSED FOR 5 YEARS DUE TO INCOMPETENCY

Outsurance have been working on my claim since 2008 and slowly forgot about informing me on the progress. I followed up recently and they said Thabo who was working on it was fired a year ago and my case was just forgotten. They used a useless lawyer to fight my case and she delayed in getting the documents to the court and the case was thrown out. They say there is no way to recover my money or to reopen the case even though the accident was not my fault and I sent all my docs on time. Due to their useless staff and outsourced lawyers I had to loose my money and I think Outsurance themselves need to reimburse me as they were my insurance that I was happily paying every month and for what good reason?
