Poor poor poor service

I've received a phone call from capitec bank confirming that i qualified for debt consolidation when i went there with the statement from FNB they told me it is not the statement they use it looks like a statement i went to another branch they didnt have a problem. But they needed letter confirming employment my manager drafted one the whole week last week walking up and down on saturday round about 12 they contacted my work to confirm employment but it was closed my problem is why i have to suffer like this while i have existing loan and bank account with capitec bank.
