I was recently involved in an accident on the 02/03/2013. It was an hit and run case. I followed procedure, i opened up the case on the 03/03/2013, then called Outsurance on the 04/03/2013 to log a claim. Outsurance then started to investigate the accident and leaving me looking like a criminal. Outsurance rejected my claim on the 15/02/2013 though all my premiums are paid on time every month. Outsurance did everything in their power not to pay the claim. Its has been 15days and still no resolution. I have never felt more embarrassed and treated like a criminal in my life.
