The worst insurance provider in SA

OUTsurance spends a fortune on TV and Internet ads, but when it come to service they. My ex-girlfriend had a insurance with them. We broke up in 2008 (6 years ago). I am battling since then with OUTsurance to get my details out of their IT system. They try every year to draw the money from my bank account for a vehicle that it not mine. Every year I have to go to FNB to get my money back and to explain that I am not the owner and do not know where my ex is, as we do not have any contact since then. OUTsurance as an organization seems to stupid to understand this and they cost me time and money every year. Do not become a client of OUTsurance they are totally useless!!!
