OUTSURANCE CLIENTS BEWARE

I was insured with outsurance for a few years. My fianc? lost her ring down an outside drain in 2010 when rinsing a mop out. We submitted a claim. They initially said they would send a plumber and later cancelled the plumber and then refused to pay out for the ring VALUE R 5000 reason being we did not have out and about insurance cover. Hence i cancelled my insurance with outsurance. 3 Years later 2012 my Ex wife claimed from outsurance when they were burgled and i was asked to speak to the outsurance assessor and confirm jewellery i had purchased in Dubai for my daughter many years before. after 30 minutes of what felt like an interrogation he mentioned to me " i have reviewed the claim that you had submitted a few years ago and there is no reason why outsurance should not have settled your claim" SO i have since moved to a broker who handles our insurance and fights our case when the greedy NON paying conglomerates like outsurance are disputing them. The worst part of this is that one of my employees is experiencing the same problem with outsurance right now. I hope he posts and article on this site to discourage consumers to deal with outsurance. 'BEND OVER BACKWARDS"???
