Loan not paid, pathetic customer service

2 days ago I applied for a top up, which was activated and supposedly paid.

Yesterday, I phoned the head office in Centurion as the money was not reflecting and they assured me it would reflect by 3pm. At 5pm, I sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] and received a reply that this has been escalated.

This morning the funds where still not showing. I sent a follow up e-mail which was ignored. I have been trying to reach their call center for the past hour, but nobody is answering the calls.

I am now quite worried that I will be billed the amount plus their service fees at the end of the month with nothing actually being paid to me.

Moneystar, resolve ASAP.

For everyone else out there, Moneystar's customer services are pathetic. If you run into trouble, do not expect to get any assistance what so ever.
