Misleading Information

I called the Call Centre requesting an Insurance Quotation, upon completing all the necessary questions asked by the agent, he advised me that my Premium will be R1277, but upon receiving the Quotation via email, i then saw a different story, the Quotation was now stating that the Premium will be R1537.70, i then called the Call Centre to get clarity on that, the Lady whom i spoke to was very rude and unhelpful, I really wanted to migrate ti iWyze, but after all this Service that I received, i'd rather stick with MiWay
