Phone numbers and e-mail feedback non-existent

I've had a loan from Moneystar for months. Recently, I was retrenched, and I'm still trying to get feedback from Moneystar to say that my claim has been processed. There seems to be just one or 2 people working there and when I did get hold of them, I've been promised that somebody would contact me. If anybody is out there, please contact me! This really is hopeless and pathetic service! last time I will ever take a loan out of these ouks.

Please don't repond with horse- like all the other complaints in here "client contacted". This is total bull. Send and sms, e-mail or forward me an e-mail address if anybody works there.
