On the 8th September 2013 I settled my account pre-maturely with Hi Finance as the settlement date was only in December 2013.

Today I got woken up to them taking the debit order out of my bank account even though there is nothing due to them.

I politely called them to let them know that they made a mistake, and the rude assistant told me that there was nothing they could do and I needed to bring in 3 months bank statements in order to get my money back. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?

They expect me to pay money and take time to get a bank statement in order to get MY money back that they took and it was not owed to them!

They had 17 days to get the debit order cancelled and they did nothing! Will never buy through them again!
