Added charges after account was settled

I took out a Bruma Finance loan (Loan Reference 583485) which was settled at the end of September 2013. However at the end of October, Bruma for some or other reason added an extra debit order on my account that they should not have done. I then went to the bank to have the debit order reversed as it was not supposed to go off my account. I am now being penalised because I had that debit order reversed which I think is kind of unfair as the mistake was not from my side. I keep on getting phone call from Bruma stating that I owe them money and that my account is in arrears. I have spoken to so many people one of them by the name of Shereen as well as a lady by the name of Nadia and I was promised that the account will be taken to the finance department to have it fixed as they can see on the system that the account was indeed settled at the end of September. I am really fed up now with this as I have also phoned to ask them to speak to a Manager or Director and they are refusing to put my call through to any of them. Please sort this out as I will not take responsibility for their mistake and any transaction that happened after Sept 2013.
