I took out a contract then cancelled it the very next day and on 2 September 2013 they debited my account without authorisation, I went to the bank to have the debit order reversed and then got hold of a staff memeber who assisted me with taking out the contract and advised her that they took money out of my account and I reversed the debit order and she confirmed contract was cancelled and she will arrange a credit and to my suprise on 16 September they took the money again and I had to reverse the debit order again and pay bank chaeges a second time and on that same day they sent me an sms saying debit order was cancelled but yesterday these took money again. I have had it with Cell C and will take legal action against them if they don't stop my money. All the media will know about Cell C and there unethical business ethics they use with their customers. I am fedup and really starting to get off at Cell C for wasting my time and money. They wiil be sorry coz I will drag their good name through the mud.
