It is sad that I have to post a complaint on here, but maybe I will get some feedback. I have been a loyal FnB customer, I pay a monthly fee to have my account, and yet when I need help, I get nothing. I have sent emails, I have phoned and this is ridiculous now. FnB advertises that it is so easy to link your paypal account to your FnB account, well, this is the biggest load of rubbish. Everything is linked, but to withdraw is worse than a mission. I phone the online banking helpline, they ask me to take a print screen of the error showing and to email it to [Email Removed] and then the consultant will get back to me. Needless to say, this never happened. I phoned back and was told the same, send a print screen and all the rest. Well I am tired of having to use my airtime to phone around trying to get my money! It is a present and nobody is willing to help me. I suggest that FnB management speak to their consultants and teach them how to deal with their paying customers and how to treat them properly. After a month of battling, I am tired now and hopefully this will find it's way to the right people.
