Stop order and debit order running concurrently

I was going through a bad patch financilally and the debit order for the Woolworths loan was unpaid in Sept 2013. I called Woolworths and requested an adjustment to my debit order for 3 months only until I was back on my feet. A STOP ORDER was initiated to run for the next three months for R 1000.00 and thereafter the debit order would be reinstated when my loan account was up to date. Now on 6 Dec 2013, I brough t my account up to date by paying in R 1200, 00 electronically and waited for the DEBIT ORDER to run on my account on 21 Dec 2013, instead a STOP ORDER for R 1000, 00 again went through on 21 Dec 2013 and as if that wass not enough, an SMS advised me that as the 21st fell on a Saturday, a DEBIT ORDER amount of R 1298.27 would go off on 23 Dec 2013. I called Woolworths loans to request the STOP ORDER to be cancelled but was told to go to MY BANK to have it cancelled. My bank advised that Woolworths need to stop the STOP ORDER as they are the ones that initiated it and not the bank. Woolworths are not prepared to even listen to my query, and now I am cure to get into new financial difficulties as I have now essentially paid close to R 3500.00 in one month alone. HELP!!!
