Overdraft payment

I have previouly owned an account with FNB and I now bank with another bank as I was previously on debt review which I have now wihtrawn from this service. I was contacted by FNB to reduce or pay for my overdraft and I did mention that I dont have a problem but I can only afford to pay an amount of R500 until towards my overdraft. The person I spoke to refused and tole me that they will not accept the R500 and they are going to take me to their attorney which this is going to even costs me more. He said they can only allow me to pay R1000 which I did pleaeded that I cannot afford at this stage. Yesterday, 30 September they have send me a message that they have handed my account to the attorney before I even make a payment for the month of September. Last month I deposited an amount of R500.
