Can I trust Scopion if I got big problem?

October I called scorpion for advice or help because my car insurance was giving me a problems. I spoke with a lady i explain everything she said i must fax my document i signed. I faxed on this number 0112529442 they was no respond until 2 weeks I call scorpion again to ask the progress. I spoke with a lady again she said she don't know nothing about this. She said I must fax this document again. I decide to handle this situation by myself.
