I took a loan with wonga of R1000 and i am fully aware that i am in debt with them, they tried each month to recurr the R500 but i could not afford to pay the R500 and i have informed them in writting thati cant and i also informed them of all my debt that i have, i jst forgot to send the bankstatement, but i told them i can afford to pay them each month R150 - R200 - nobody came back and said ok they will review, then today i receive from my HR a garnishee of R669, and this is after i emailed them to sayi cant afford it,
how can they just garnishee me after i said i cant!!!
