I called Outsurance on their R400 quote offer to determine if Outsourance would be able to beat my current insurance. After the entire quotation process, Outsurance was not able to beat my current insurance cost. I was told that they would get back to me with regard to verify my insurance and to process the R400 and to this day I have not received any feedback. I called several times and I just gets transfered from one operator to another. I feel this is just a and they do not follow through on what they advertise
