DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

I left a complaint on hello peter about 2 weeks ago regarding my account that is a total mess!!! They responded to my complaint saying that they'll get back to me im still waiting and haven't even received my statement that i asked for my account is not correct and nobody at this stupid place seems to know whats going on. im sick and tired of RCS lying to me my money and when you need assistance from them everyone is useless.

RCS DOESN'T EVEN NEED TO GIVE FEEDBACK ON THIS, THIS IS JUST TO INFORM THEM I WILL BE GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN CAUSE THEY CANT SORT MY PROBLEM OUT.

THANK YOU FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING RCS!!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A POLING NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN.
