PLEASE PLEASE So sick and tired om this...
2nd time i am making a fuzz over vodacom and it still keep going... according to emails this was at the CEO of vodacoms desk... and still...
IS THERE SOMEONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP ME!!!

This R100.00 that you claimed what was credited to my account? When do you plan to do this? In the next millennium maybe?
Again... and and... For your info... my statement as of today... Still nothing was done... NOTHING... since the 10/09/2013
Please tell me... Cannot complain at Vodacom because you do nothing, cannot complain to ICSASA they do less than nothing...
Think the next step will be laying a complaint with the national consumer agency... since you think you are above the consumer protection law... I am after all a consumer (even if the account is a business account, I still am a client that NEEDS PROTECTION). Hello Peter... well not even that helps...
