Gave authorization, but doesn't want to pay!!!

I went for a procedure last year 19/09/2012, for which i received authorisation from resolution. First it took them just under 3 months to pay the account (useless accounts department). When i received my statement, i noticed resolution underpaid by about R500, with the reason being that it is not covered under my scheme. Why the would you give authorisation for a procedure if you are not going to pay for it. Then i can do it privately and then i won't have to deal with the useless customer service. I've been calling and emailing non stop since i received this statement and nothing is being sorted out.

Resolution takes at least one month to reply to an email, and then you speak to someone different every time. Why don't you assign a case number and agent to each complaint, so that they can handle the complaint and sort this out. Then i won't have to explain the whole story again to each person.

I've never in my life received service this bad. There is absolutely no customer service at all. The fact that it takes a whole month to reply to a simple email means that resolution is seriously becoming useless!
