Just the other day i received a threat from barret & associets attorneys that i owe money to fnb, (which was a loan i took out over 6 years ago, and no longer went off my account via dept order) after long fight i went to fnb to inquire only to find out that they just stopped the dept order, the loan was not paid in full and they just waited a few years for the amount to double, then decide, not to contact me, but just give straight over to attorneys. non the less i as they so clearly put it, had no choice and paid the amount in FULL, after which they said they will sort it out with the attorneys as well, that they so bluntly gave me over to, this was last year November or even earlier, yet, the attorneys are still harassing me and smsing me, you would think that having to pay almost 3 times the amount you borrowed from the bank would be enough, but no, they still have to go and make your life as unpleasant as possible, so now people like me get black listed, and even after you pay, all the places turn their back on you, and says now its your problem, i mean they got their money so why would they do anything they ever say, and as far as i know, this is also in breach of contract
