I am writing to draw the attention of customers to the lack of Legalwise competence & care to follow up & assist me on a matter. I had a telephonic consultation and email communication sent on the 12 September 2013 to the Randburg Branch & to date have not received any feedback on the progress of this matter.

It is extremely frustrating & unprofessional. When one seeks legal assistance, it is usually a period of extreme anxiety and one would expect good customer care to minimise the stress on you as a client. My matter relates to the non-payment of my medical aid for my prescription glasses, for which Legal Wise promised to pursue. I have now received letters from the optometrists requesting payment, and I would have expected legal wise to have followed up on the medical aid by now. Even though this matter is not one of extreme urgency, I question my confidence in Legalwise if I indeed needed urgent assistance. I believe that those individuals on commercial ads were paid a sum of money to give false testimony about the great value of Legal Wise.

I simply request that I be afforded the courtesy of having my matter pursued (as promised) & feedback be given to me in the process.
