Bad service from Legal Wise

On the 3rd of June I contacted Legal Wise with regard to a matter I want them to look into for me.
The lawyer appointed to me just never answers my emails.
I don't want to discuss the matter telephonically. I have requested numerous times that you please put your answer in writing as per an email so that I can compile a paper trail.
I can re-read and digest a written answer without forgetting what was said telephonically.
Please Legal Wise, get back to me and answer my email asap.
