UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

I requested assistance for a recission of judgement which I believe to be a verry lesser complicated matter as I have signed the required forms and also acquired a letter proving that I have paid the outstanding amount I am blacklisted for and submitted these to Legal Wise. I could not do this myself as I am in another province (Gauteng) and this judgement was carried out in another (Western Cape). The lady I was reffered to in a legal wise office in Cape Town (Bellville) for assistance told me that I have to pay an amount of plus R1 750 for a lawyer's fee, this I still don't understand why pay legal wise premiums if you will still have to cough up more money when you need help. The reason we take these policies is because we can not afford to pay a lump sum cash. So I am asking myself if joining Legal Wise is worth it... or should I be asking Legal Wise?
