Pathetic service & no service Cape Town Branch

Gooday, I contacted legal wise on an urgent matter a week ago with no response. I then called them on numerious occasions for help but all I got was we will get back to you with no one knowing what the other is doing. I then wrote emails as was asked to certain people a cindy with no response again. I then called again & again till a Miss Govender spoke to me but she had;nt a clue why she was calling me & said she was'nt assigned to my matter this after the reception lady told me that she was..Miss govender promised to contact me the next day but no response again. This is an urgent matter after a week no one at legal wise is interested... It's my 2nd bad expierence with legal wise as they do not want to assist but keep advertising for more clients.

Sad that we should pay every month but when the service is needed legal wise is not interested in helping there clients when in need... I can only imagine if someone more desperate needed immediate assistance they would have to suffer such incompetence & pathetic service..

If legalwise cannot help there clients timiously & with good service they need to stop adding more clients or just let the other legal firms do it...
