Failing to offer a service as promised

I had a dispute with Lindsay Saker (Motor service provider in Krugersdorp) and I referred the matter to Legal Wise in September 2011 to assist. Mr Ngqoko was handling my file but nothing happened until I referred the matter further to Legal Wise Customer-Service in September 2012. Connie Rakosa acknowledged the receipt of the matter and referred it to Samkelo Mkhine to attend. All I got from Samkelo to date was that he will revert back to me. There are so many success stories that I read about on Wise Up and the adverts on TV, I am not sure whether they are true or just deceiving.
