ZERO ASSISTANCE - 6 months late

I have been a member for MANY years and this is the first time I have contacted Legal Wise for assistance.

I approached Legal Wise on 07 January 2013 regarding a TEENY labour matter I needed intervention on. We are now in the 6th month of my matter and it is STILL not resolved. I have sent literally hundreds of emails to at least 6 different people at Legal Wise, including the customer complaints department and yet my matter is still outstanding.

They either flat out ignore me or promise to reply and never do. If I had the money for a lawyer I would rather have gone that route. I think even the department of Labour would have been more efficient.

My employer belittles me by throwing money at me in front of all my colleagues and Legal Wise just laughs the humiliation off. I have really wasted years of membership fees to a company that really couldnt care less about me.
