Extremely Disapointed With the Service

A few Months back I was unfairly retrenched at work and as I was a member of LegalWise, I immediately reported the matter to them but since October 2013 to date, I have not heard anything from them regarding the matter. The company I worked for is now failing to to allocate my pension fund and I do not know how I am going to survive. WHY is Legal Wise doing this to me after paying their monthly premiums with skipping? I am extremely disappointing and I am going to make sure that the whole of south Africa knows about how I was treated by Legal Wise. I want someone higher to contact me immediately to correct the situation. I also tried visiting their their offices but I was told there's nothing that can be done.
